Raburn, who was just promoted from Triple-A earlier in the day, has the platoon advantage against lefty Hyun-Jin Ryu, so it is not surprising that he gets the nod and an advantageous placement in the lineup. Jayson Werth (toe) was placed on the 10-day DL on Monday, and Raburn should continue to start against southpaws in the short term.
