Manning (3-5) earned the win Thursday against the Orioles after allowing three runs on eight hits across six innings, striking out two.
EDGE Analysis
Manning recorded his second quality start of the season, and most importantly, he managed to bounce back after a woeful outing against Cleveland in his previous start. The rookie right-hander has struggled with consistency at times, but he has shown promise and has allowed three or fewer runs in five of his last seven appearances. Despite that, a couple of subpar outings mean he still owns a 6.10 ERA on the season.
