Playing with a lacerated finger, Casey Kotchman hit a grand slam Tuesday in the Marlins' 7-5 win over the Mets. The slam came off Jenrry Mejia. It was Kotchman's spring debut after he injured the finger eight days ago. He may be the Marlins' Opening Day first baseman with Logan Morrison still recovering from knee surgery.
