Pirates recalled OF Gorkys Hernandez from Triple-A Indianapolis. Many thought that prospect Starling Marte would get the call if Jose Tabata was demoted, but this is a sign that the Pirates think he still has some work to do. Hernandez went 2-for-10 in a stint with the Pirates earlier this season and is hitting .268/.364/.362 with two homers, 25 RBI, 13 stolen bases and a .726 OPS in 64 games at the Triple-A level this year. The 24-year-old has some speed, but can be ignored in most fantasy leagues.
