Pirates optioned OF Alex Presley to Triple-A Indianapolis. The move clears a spot for Andrew Lambo on the active roster. It also means that Starling Marte will avoid a DL trip for now. Presley is batting .264/.274/.389 in 73 plate appearances with the Pirates this season.
