Pirates manager Clint Hurdle said Monday that Brandon Inge (shoulder) could remain on his rehab assignment until it expires on April 24. Position players can remain on a rehab assignment for 20 days and the Pirates are prepared to keep him there for the duration. The 35-year-old is hitting .125 (4-for-32) with two homers and a double over his first 10 games. He was forced to start the season on the disabled list due to an incomplete fracture in his right scapula.
