Phillips left in the seventh inning of Sunday's scheduled game against the Mets. Phillips homered in the first inning of the game, but later appeared to hurt his hand or wrist while swinging and missing at a Steven Matz changeup. Ivan De Jesus Jr. replaced him in the game.
