Phillips (hands) is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Twins, MLB.com's Jamie Ramsey reports. Phillips will sit for a second straight game, after injuring/aggravating both of his hands Sunday afternoon. There hasn't been any indication that either injury is serious.
