Phillips (hand) is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Twins. Phillips suffered injuries to both of his hands Sunday, so it's not a big surprise that he's out of the lineup Monday. The team hasn't disclosed the severity of the injury, so consider him day-to-day until something indicates otherwise, but Ivan DeJesus will replace him a second base Monday and will bat second for the Reds.
