The Philadelphia Phillies signed free-agent right-handed reliever Chris Devenski to a minor league deal on Tuesday. Devenski will report to Triple-A Lehigh Valley. He was an All-Star in 2017 with the Houston Astros, but he has struggled to stick in the major leagues the last three years.
