Phillies recalled RHP B.J. Rosenberg from Triple-A Lehigh Valley. Rosenberg allowed four runs in three relief appearances with the Phillies earlier this season and holds a 4.52 ERA over 75 2/3 Triple-A frames. He'll work in middle relief.
