Phillies recalled INF Cesar Hernandez from Triple-A Lehigh Valley. The 23-year-old has had a nice showing offensively at Triple-A this season, hitting .309/.375/.402 with a pair of homers, 34 RBI and 32 stolen bases. He also has the ability to play center field and will likely be utilized in a utility role for the remainder of the season.
