Phillies placed SS Jimmy Rollins on the 15-day disabled list with a Grade 2 strain of his right groin. Rollins suffered the injury Sunday while making a play up the middle and is expected to miss around three weeks. The 32-year-old shortstop has 14 home runs, 58 RBI and 28 steals in 121 games this season for the first-place Phillies. Wilson Valdez will fill in until early September.
