Phillies placed RHP Jeff Manship on the 15-day disabled list with a strained right quad. Manship tweaked his right quad while trying to beat out an infield single during Saturday's game. The righty threw four perfect relief innings Saturday before exiting but has just a 5.89 ERA over 16 appearances this season.
