Phillies placed LHP John Lannan on the 15-day disabled list with left knee tendinosis. Lannan suffered the injury during Wednesday's start in what was essentially an aggravation of a previous injury. The Phillies haven't provided a timetable for his return, but since he missed two months of action earlier this year with the ailment there's a good chance his season is over.
