Phillies optioned RHP Michael Stutes to Triple-A Lehigh Valley. The 27-year-old right-hander missed a large part of the 2013 season due to biceps tendinitis, posting a 4.58 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 9/8 K/BB ratio in his 17 2/3 innings with the Phillies. He allowed seven runs in just three innings of work this spring, and will continue to function as bullpen depth in the minor leagues.
