Phillies manager Ryne Sandberg said Tuesday that Rollins' hamstring strain is "mild" and described him as "day-to-day," ESPN's Jayson Stark reports. Rollins suffered the injury Monday night and said afterward that he would likely miss 10 days or so. While Sandberg's comments don't necessarily move his estimated return up, it seems the skipper may be holding out hope the 35-year-old will be able to contribute in some capacity before the end of the homestand.
