Phillies manager Charlie Manuel is going with his standard lineup in Game 5 against the Cardinals on Friday night, complete with Jimmy Rollins out of the leadoff spot. Rollins is batting .563 (9-for-16) with four doubles during the NLDS, including a pair of doubles against Carpenter in Game 2. Aside from switching Raul Ibanez out for John Mayberry Jr. against left-hander Jaime Garcia, the Phillies have used the same lineup throughout the series.
