Phillies activated Roy Oswalt (back) from the 15-day disabled list. Oswalt, as expect will start Sunday's game against the Giants in his first game since June 24. He will return to 3.79 ERA with 42/18 K/BB ratio over 71 1/3 innings. Juan Perez was optioned Triple-A to make room for the veteran right-hander.
