Pete Abraham of the Boston Globe reports the Red Sox are concerned that Andrew Miller (foot) may be dealing with a Lisfranc injury. Miller was placed on the disabled list Sunday and is being sent back to Boston to undergo further tests. If he is diagnosed with a Lisfranc fracture, he'll almost certainly be looking at an extended absence.The Red Sox should provide an update on his status Monday.
