Perez returned to the injured list with High-A Lakeland with another shoulder injury Sunday, Emily Waldon of The Athletic reports.

Perez had only just returned from the injured list Tuesday before returning there for the third time this season. The 21-year-old has made just nine starts since joining the Tigers in August of 2017.
