Chicago Cubs relief pitcher Pedro Strop (neck) has been placed on the 10-day injured list with neck tightness. Strop started feeling the pain on Sunday and has been struggling of late. For the season, Strop owns a 5.20 ERA. Duane Underwood Jr. has been called up to replace Strop and can be left on the waiver wire.
