Peavy will start Game 2 of the World Series against the Royals, Alex Pavlovic of the San Jose Mercury News reports. Peavy will follow Madison Bumgarner in the Giants rotation as the team chases it's third World Series title in six seasons. He struggled through his last outing, being chase after just four innings, but allowed just two runs. The veteran will face a Royals team that has won every game this postseason heading into the World Series.
