Peavy took a tough loss Monday, allowing three runs (one earned) on six hits with a walk and five strikeouts over seven innings against the Rockies. Peavy doesn't have the stuff he once did, as witnessed by his career low 7.04 K/9 this year. Still, the right-hander has pitch well since coming to San Francisco, owning a 2-3 record with 2.94 ERA and 1.19 WHIP over his last five starts. He's scheduled to face the Brewers on Saturday.
