Peavy experienced more back tightness after his rehab start with Triple-A Sacramento on Wednesday, Amy Gutierrez of CSN Bay Area reports. The right-hander's rehab will be put on hold for the moment, with manager Bruce Bochy saying the team will slow play it with him. Peavy will see a doctor Friday to determine the true extent of the setback.
