Peavy (back) is slated to come off the DL on Friday, Henry Schulman of the San Francisco Chronicle reports. Peavy has been on the DL since mid-April, but he'll rejoin the rotation Friday, one day after Matt Cain. Tim Lincecum will hit the DL on Thursday to accommodate Cain, but manager Bruce Bochy refused to reveal how the team will shuffle the starting staff going forward. Tim Hudson would appear to be the primary candidate to fall out of the rotation.
