Pearce was removed early from Monday's game after experiencing discomfort in his hamstring, and given that the Rays have not ruled out the possibility of a DL stint, it's not all too surprising that he'll be held out Tuesday. Jaff Decker and Taylor Motter -- both of whom are drawing into Tuesday's lineup -- figure to see more playing time in Pearce's absence.
