Paxton struck out five and walked one while giving up two runs on four hits over six innings in a loss to the Angels on Tuesday night. All of the damage came on a two-run homer from David Freese in the fourth inning. Paxton threw 52 of his 87 pitches for strikes had a nice outing against a right-handed heavy Angels lineup. As the schedule currently lines up, he'll have a two-start week with turns against the Dodgers (on the road) and the Rangers (at home) next week.
