Paxton (elbow) is still experiencing forearm tightness and will not start Tuesday's game against the Angels, Ryan Divish of the Seattle Times reports.

Seattle has said that a DL stint is possible for Paxton, however, it would be made retroactive to August 8, making him eligible to return Aug. 23. Before being injured, Paxton had been putting together a respectable season, posting a 3.53 ERA and 1.32 WHIP. Ariel Miranda will start in his place Tuesday.
