Paul Goldschmidt hit a three-run homer off Jeremy Affeldt in the bottom of the eighth to lead the Diamondbacks to a 3-1 win over the Giants on Friday. Goldschmidt has driven in runs in seven straight games (even though he went hitless in two of those games) and is up to 57 RBI in 60 games for the year. That's quite an improvement from last season, when he finished with 82 RBI in 145 games. Oddly, the homer tonight was just his fourth at home. 11 of his 15 homers and 41 of his 57 RBI have come in road games.
