Patrick Saunders of the Denver Post reports that the Rockies are calling up prospect outfielder Kyle Parker. The Rockies have yet to make an official announcement. Parker, 24, is batting .292/.347/.478 line with seven home runs and 38 RBI over 66 games in Triple-A this season. He could see playing time in the corner outfield spots with Carlos Gonzalez and Michael Cuddyer both sidelined in addition to spelling Justin Morneau at first base.
