Patrick Corbin gave up three earned runs on seven hits over six innings in Sunday's win over the Padres. It was another solid outing from Corbin, who is coming off a complete game three-hitter at Coors Field. He improved to 8-0 with a 1.71 ERA this season. Corbin had went at least six innings and allowed two or fewer runs in each of his last nine starts. He finished with two walks, five strikeouts, and surrendered a two-run shot to Carlos Quentin. Corbin will have a strong chance to remain undefeated in his next start Sunday against the Cubs.
