Patrick Corbin allowed only one run over 6 1/3 frames in Wednesday's victory over the Dodgers. Corbin managed to work around 10 base runners (eight hits and two walks). Corbin has surrendered only four runs over 14 1/3 innings in his last two starts, a step in the right direction after he was blasted for 13 earned runs in the two outings before that. Corbin will take a 14-6 record and 2.92 ERA into a rematch with these same Dodgers next week.
