Padres manager Bud Black said he expects a "positive resolution" to the on-going PED investigation involving Everth Cabrera. "We're satisfied from what we heard," Black said after meeting with Cabrera on Wednesday. "This will resolve itself in a positive way." Cabrera, who was linked to PEDs in a report by ESPN's Outside the Lines, has yet to address his involvement with Biogenesis and Anthony Bosch. The 25-year-old is expected to open as the season as the Padres' starting shortstop.
