Head was sent outright to Triple-A Norfolk on Tuesday, Rich Dubroff of BaltimoreBaseball.com reports.

Head pitched 28.2 innings in the majors during 2022, recording a 6.28 ERA and 1.64 WHIP in the process. After putting up even worse numbers in Triple-A Norfolk -- 7.04 ERA and 1.85 WHIP -- the Orioles will keep him in the minors until he's able to rebound.
