Outman signed a one-year deal with the Braves on Monday. Outman was designated for assignment by the Yankees in late September, and decided to become a free agent. It appears he has now been signed to the Braves' major league roster, and could fill a spot in the bullpen left by Jordan Walden, who was traded to the Cardinals.
