Ortiz is out of the lineup Friday due to a foot issue, Pete Abraham of the Boston Globe reports. The team lists Ortiz as day-to-day, so it does not appear as though the 38-year-old is in danger of missing much additional time. Ortiz drove in a run in a 2-for-5 performance Thursday and now needs just one more to reach the 100-RBI mark for the eighth time in his career.
