He sat out Thursday's game and left Wednesday's game early with "general soreness," but after a day off, he's ready to reclaim his spot in the middle of Boston's lineup. For his career, Ortiz has slashed .324/.415/.441 with one home run in 34 at-bats against Hernandez.
