Ortiz (elbow/foot) remains out of the lineup Monday at Toronto, Pete Abraham of the Boston Globe reports. Ortiz was removed from back-to-back games Saturday and Sunday as a result of bruises to his left elbow and right foot, respectively. The rough weekend leaves the designated hitter day-to-day, allowing Mike Napoli to handle DH duties in Ortiz's place.
