Ortiz (calf) is back in the lineup Monday against the Blue Jays, Scott Lauber of the Boston Globe reports.

Ortiz was pulled from Sunday's game against the Phillies with right calf tightness, but the 39-year-old at least provided a three-run home run before exiting. It sounds like his removal was only precautionary, as he evidently was no worse for the wear while working out on the field prior to Monday's series opener. He'll slot back in at DH and man the cleanup spot for the Red Sox.
