Orioles recalled RHP Josh Stinson from Triple-A Norfolk. He'll serve as insurance for Wei-Yin Chen, who will make his return from the disabled list Wednesday. Stinson allowed five runs over 5 2/3 innings in a spot start with the O's earlier this season.
