Orioles owner Peter Angelos said he's open to the idea of contract extensions for manager Buck Showalter and executive vice president Dan Duquette. "If they're interested in staying," Angelos said, "nobody's more interested in keeping him than I am. And certainly I speak for everyone in the organization." Showalter is already under contract for 2013 and said he's content with his deal, though he didn't exactly dismiss the possibility of an extension. "The organization committed to me long before that had to. They had a great deal of faith in me. I've fallen in love with this city. We'll see what happens. That would be an honor. You take every job with the idea that it's going to be your last."
