Orioles manager Buck Showalter said that while Brian Roberts (concussion) is making progress, he's still not yet cleared to play in games. Roberts has had many moments of progression before, only to ultimately suffer a setback. We're probably stating the obvious at this point, but fantasy owners can't count on him coming back at all this season.
