Orioles manager Buck Showalter said Friday that while David Lough was held out of the lineup, he is available to play. The O's are simply playing things cautiously with Lough, and even though he passed all of the concussion tests, they're giving him an extra day or two to recover. There's a good chance he returns to the top of the Orioles lineup at some point over the weekend.
