Orioles manager Buck Showalter is hopeful that Jason Hammel (knee) will be able to throw 4-6 innings during a simulated game on Monday or Tuesday. This would put him on track to start during the division series, assuming the Orioles make it that far. Hammel hasn't pitched since aggravating his surgically-repaired right knee on September 11.
