Orioles GM Dan Duquette said he expects free agent Joe Saunders to make a decision on where to sign this week. Saunders is holding out for a three-year deal after posting a 4.07 ERA in 28 starts between Baltimore and Arizona in 2012. He's maintained interest from the Mets, Padres, and Twins this offseason.
