Orioles activated RHP Jason Hammel from the 15-day disabled list. Hammel, out since mid-July following knee surgery, will make his return Thursday night in a crucial matchup against the Yankees at Camden Yards. The 29-year-old right-hander returns to a surprising 3.54 ERA over 18 starts this season and is worth picking up in fantasy leagues if he's available on the waiver wire.
