Orioles acquired RHP Scott Proctor from the Giants for cash considerations. Proctor posted a promising 1.79 ERA and 35 saves in the Korean Baseball Organization in 2013. He wasn't going to make the Giants' Opening Day roster, so they decided to get what they could for him. He'll open the season at Triple-A Norfolk, but has a good chance of seeing time in the Orioles bullpen at some point in 2013.
