Rojas' contract was selected by the Angels in early August, and he saw sporadic playing time during his month in the big leagues. He hit just .121 with 11 strikeouts over 15 games following his call-up and will head back to the minors as part of a move after Matt Duffy (back) was reinstated from the 60-day injured list.
