Taylor was optioned to the Brewers' alternate training site Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Taylor impressed in his time on the big-league roster, hitting .323/.400/.581 in 35 plate appearances. He's no longer needed with both Christian Yelich (back) and Lorenzo Cain (quadriceps) returning from the injured list, so he'll head to the minors to get regular at-bats and stay fresh for the next time the team needs another outfielder.
